Signing up for raids on the guild site is actually pretty easy, once you get the hang of it. To help you hang, we've prepared this tutorial!

Are You Logged In?

You might have been inadvertently logged out of the guild site, so check and make sure you're logged in before continuing.

Once you're logged in, your guild site account username will be at the top right of the page.

Claim Your Character(s)
If you haven't already done so, you'll need to go to the guild roster page and claim your character or characters to associate them with your guild site account. For information on how to do that, click here.


Find The Raid
There's a widget at the top of most of the pages on our site with the next week's upcoming events. You can also go to the Calendar page to see the full schedule.

Clicking a date in either the calendar widget or the full month schedule will take you to a list of events for that day. Find your raid and click the blue link with its name.

Sign Up!
On the raid description page, click the Signup button on the far right.

The Signup page has buttons at the far right for Available, Tentative, and Unavailable.

Click the Available button if you're definitely planning to be there. The Tentative button is your choice if you're not sure you're going to be able to make it, or if you want to be placed on back up. The Unavailable button is for those times when you usually have been coming to that raid but something has come up and you can't make it. It's also good if you have several characters that you've been switching between (such as in cases where we need an extra healer) but one character won't be available for this particular raid for some reason (already locked out, respecced out of the role, etc.) 

Once you choose and click a button, a window will pop up.

The first field is for the character you're signing up, all the characters you've claimed will be in the drop down box for you to choose. The Extra Info field is there if you need to provide any special information, it's not necessary to put anything here normally. Once you're ready, click the Submit button at the bottom.

The Signups list under the raid description will update to include your new signup, showing your character in the Current Signups list, and adding your class to the Class Breakdown. You will see all of your characters that you've signed up in the Your Signups list on the right.

If you need to change your availability for a character you've already signed up, just repeat the process choosing your new availability, it will change your signup type automagically.
